Overview

Height of Kalu River Waterfall is about 1250ft.  Which is in Malshej Ghat near Harischandragad. You can see the beauty of waterfall in rainy season. Rappling is in 5 stages. First patch is 430ft. Second patch is 300ft. Third patch is 200ft. Fourth patch is 250ft and fith patch is 70ft.

Itinerary

First Day

We will Leave pune by bus on Friday night 10pm from City Pride swarget. We will reach Khubi village near Khireshwar. Next day morning on Saturday morning 5am wake up call. Briefing about trek and rappelling kit will be given by Trek Leader. After distribution of rappelling kit we will start trek towards rappling point. We will have breakfast there please carry your own breakfast and lunch with you for day 1 only. 
Rappelling activity will start at 7:30am. First day we will Rappling 2 patches. After that we will stay in valley for night. Carry your own sleeping bag and mat. Evening Coffee will be served. Night halt is on valley surface area. In the night we will have Dal-Khichadi rice and pappad for dinner. In addition please keep some Chapati and Bhaji with you. Please keep all your belongings safely with you at night. It saves time for next day.

2nd Day - 
Wake up at 5:00am sharp. Breakfast (Poha) and Coffee  will be served at 6am. Rappelling activity will start sharp at 6:30am.
3rd patch - 200ft
4rth patch - 250ft
5th patch - 70ft
After finishing rappling, there will be One hour trek to reach base village Thitbi. Lunch will be in Thitbi village at Sable Mama Home. Return rappelling kit allocated to you.
Return journey will start by 5pm and we Will reach Pune by 9:30pm.

Medical Disclaimer
  •  It is most essential to be fit and fine before heading for trekking.
  • While planning your trekking trip, it is preferable to have a medical fitness check up done.
  • If suffering tfrom any kind of allergy or ailment, do carry proper prescribed medicines to prevent serious health problem including heat stroke, sever headache, cough, dehydration and hypothermia.

  • Proper footwear/shoes are essential for trek.

  • No deo / perfume. After trek it’s OK.
  • We reserves all right to change/deviate/cancel the plans without any prior notice.
  • No Extra adventure/out of itinerary behavior during trek.
  • Trek leader’s decision will be final and binding.
  • Each member will be responsible for his/her own safety, Jewellery, Cash and baggage.
