The U.T Kangri Ladakh peak is a newly explored prominent snow-capped peak in the upper valley of Rumtse village. This peak was explored and successfully scaled by the local mountaineers of Ladakh Mountain Guides Association (LMGA) and has been accessible for enthusiast mountaineers since 2019. There are many peaks around this range but the newly explored UT kangri is the best for those who are new to mountaineering and planning to do a 6,000-meter peak at the beginning. The prominent UT Kangri peak is 6,070 meters high and the view from the top is stunning. You will get a beautiful view of different ranges of mountains and peaks like Markha valley and the eastern Karakoram ranges

Medical Disclaimer

Generally most of the time the weather is pleasant in Ladakh during summer.It is quite warm to very hot sunny days and temperature would reach up to 30ºC/35ºC and quite cold during nights at high altitude. The precipitation is very low in ladakh and occasionally experiences the effects of Indian monsoon too.


Big backpack will come on horse while trekking and you will access at camp only.

Day pack /Small back (20-40 ltr ) have to carry while trekking.

Above said are the basic things and clothes for each person rest you can bring more as per your need.

Single room and tent can be available with additional charges. But need to inform in advance.

Notify us in advance in case you have any medical issues before or you are on medication during the travel.

Listen carefully to the guides and other staffs and respond accordingly for the happy and successful expeditions.

Follow leave no trace policy of the company (please cooperate with the staffs to bring back all the garbages ) Request to take your water bottles everywhere instead of buying packed plastic bottles.
